Vet staff that actually CARE for your pet. You truly feel like a part of the family, and they want what is best for your pet. STORY TIME: I woke up one morning, and my cocker spaniel puppy's face was swollen like a softball. I called Mountain View on the off chance they could fit me in the schedule ASAP. There was no question. As soon as I explained what happened, they asked "How soon can you get here?" When I pulled up 10 minutes later, vet techs were waiting at the doors to whisk him away to the back. After they got his vitals and made sure he was okay, they came out to comfort me. Like, how amazing is that? To know that your vet cares as much for your dog as you do. ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF THEIR AWESOMENESS: My Great Pyr mix has anxiety, and does much better if he's near me for any vaccines or minor procedures. Again, no questions from the staff. They are happy to get right on the floor with him in the exam room for his blood draws or shots. And my baby stays calm and collected and happy. It's probably a pain for them, but they're happy to do it if it makes the dog more comfortable! ALL-IN-ALL: They take the time to explain everything. Every possible outcome, every side effect, every option. And they're very upfront on pricing. I take both my dogs here for everything and I can't recommend them enough.

When our baby Bailey had a severe bladder infection Dr Berger was willing to squeeze her in on a very busy Friday afternoon. They called on the Monday to find out if she was ok. Our regular vet told, whom we had seen the week before with concerns told us to wait. The staff is kind, friendly and always caring. Our babies have found their new care giver.

we're always able to get appointments in when we need to. our concerns are taken seriously. our pet is happy to be there which is miraculous. if you're concerned about cat smells, dander, there is no problem here. it's a very clean office

Dr. Berger and staff care for all 3 of our pups and we're very grateful to have such an amazing practice near us. Our appointments run smoothly, the pups are always treated with excitement and love. From checkups, biopsies, dental work, and all the other joys of pet care we know we're in great hands.
